“Do Not Fear, Only Believe” (Mark 5:21-43)

What is your greatest fear? Not spiders or heights or the dark, but your real, deepest fear. Rejection? Suffering? Death? In our passage this Sunday, two daughters come to Jesus in fear, and Jesus shows himself to be the compassionate and powerful Savior they—and we—need. His word for us is simple: “Do not fear, only believe.”
